I was trying to upgrade my computer recently to do some vedio editing and rendering. And I needed a new high performance motherboard for it. While browsing I came across Gracile IT and saw that they were offering products at cheaper rates than most of the other websites. At first, I though their products are not of high quality, but after I ordered my new motherboard it arrived I was thrilled.

We purchased a printhead for an older printer from them and that part of the process was great and the printhead came and was exactly what we needed. The incessant calling for a review to be posted is why this company does not have a 5 star rating from me. Multiple calls over a two business day period of time. I am busy while I am at work so Friday afternoon and Monday is not the time to be repeat calling me just for a review to be posted.

The staff was very responsive and helpful. The product was received very quickly and worked as new. Outstanding experience. Very Nice Company, Easy Shopping, and product were same as mention that I received in last order.
