I was trying to upgrade my computer recently to do some video editing and rendering. And I needed a new high performance motherboard for it. While browsing I came across Gracile IT and saw that they were offering products at cheaper rates than most of the other websites. At first, I though their products are not of high quality, but after I ordered my new motherboard it arrived I was thrilled.

The We purchased a print head for an older printer from them and that part of the process was great and the print head came and was exactly what we needed. The incessant calling for a review to be posted is why this company does not have a 5 star rating from me. Multiple calls over a two business day period of time. I am busy while I am at work so Friday afternoon and Monday is not the time to be repeat calling me just for a review to be posted.

Was a good product but took to long to arrive and after multiple times of contacting the company I kept being told they would call me back and or send me tracking info. Finally after my 3rd time calling I spoke to a gentlemen by the name of Max Hunter, who followed up completely with me and as for him personally I would give him a raving 5 star review. If you had more people like Max this would be a great review but because of previous people I dealt with I have to go with a 3 star review but will purchase from this company again but will be requesting Max to help me with everything I order in the future.
